Bicep and Hamstring overload | 20 Minutes
For this workout, you will need 3 sets of weights. One set above your normal weight size and one set below. For example, I normally do bicep curls with 8’s so for this workout I will have one set above as 10’s, my 8’s, and one set below as 5’s.
