Hello! I absolutely love your style of fitness. I’ve done all the videos in Studio S seasons 1 and 2 several times and some of the shorter workouts here in this website. But I love long classes, around 50-60 minutes. Are you planning on anything new soon?

The intensity, the energy... so good.
I also really love your 10-minute interval workouts (printouts) in the treadmill and floor. I usually do 3-4 in a row, and take extra time warming up and cooling down to get a couple more miles. Badass results.
