Printable Strength Based Workouts
Each workout will have two-three main exercises and list underneath telling you what size weights to use and how many reps to do. Follow the order listed on the paper and if the weight is too heavy, change the sizing to fit your needs. Example: if i have 10's, 8's and 5's, you can change the 10's to 5's, the 8's to 3's and the 5's to 2's.
