This workout is a little different than the others. We offer three options for every exercise: a beginner (level 1), intermediate (level 2) and advanced (level 3). There are 5 exercises and we will take you through it 3 times. Try to stay with the same level for each round if you can. If you choose level 3, you will need 30-40 feet in space to move forward and backward. No equipment needed. Good luck, please give feedback!
